    I am crazy about prawn dishes like Spicy Prawn Canapés. Originally it is a Malaysian delicacy but my mom also makes it equally yummy with some variations.

    Hmmm.....another prawn delicacy to my mom's collection....thanks anjita......anyways who would love to try out some homemade baked fish with homemade white sauce.......you can confidently cook it in your microwave and it still tastes yummy......try adding some capsicum and onion and cheese for dressing.....

    baked fish....sounds really yummy......well sauni, have you tasted any crab item?? i have heard that the Claypot crab delicacy is one hell of a crab preparation......i would love taste it someday.....

    You know in New Zealand, we enjoyed great many number of seafood items like lamb, juicy steaks, lobsters, and scallops...the list is just unending.

    Friends if you want to taste some of the best seafood in New Zealand then cod, flounder, hapuka, kingfish, John Dory, snapper, squid, and terekihi are some of the best bets......

    In fact John Dory was a great treat for us....it belongs to the Zeidae family.....these have olive-brown or silver body...when cooked it looks white......
