A study has revealed that although on the surface it may seem that wine drinkers are a healthier bunch, it may be that these people already had an early start on healthy habits to begin with. However you look at it, though, drinking moderately and regularly appears to be the way to go.
Not only for the health benefits, but a glass of good wine with your dinner definitely takes the edge of those pesky little annoyances such as emails, coworkers, rude neighbours and the like. To me, even the simplest dinner (just whip up an omelette and I’m happy) paired with a gentle amount of good wine turnes into a pleasure. We need to treat ourselves nicely, after all.
