Our trip to Dublin was nothing short of spectacular. The entire trip was amazing,from our accommodations, to our meals and certainly the company.

It is located on the underside of the Merrion Hotel. We could have chosen anything off the menu, but the Irish Lamb breast was prepared to perfection. It was accompanies by a squash puree, and it was it was exquisite. A varied menu of locally sourced ingredients masterfully prepared and served by a gracious and accommodating staff. The wine list is extensive with many well priced selections.
The interior is calming, not an ounce of pretentious and just the right level of friendly without being intrusive or informal. The culinary scene in Dublin has many options, but I would highly recommend you earmark the Cellar as a must see culinary destination.
