Fraser Valley, with its multitude of exhibitors, many based in the Fraser Valley, who are coming to this new, inaugural event at Tradex in Abbotsfor, September 12-14, 2008, to showcase their wide range of earth and people friendly products for the public to discover, evaluate, taste and shop.

EAT! Fraser Valley is the largest consumer food, beverage and cooking festival in suburban Vancouver. The food show features food, beverage and kitchen goods exhibitors along with wineries, breweries, restaurants, cooking demonstrations, cookbook authors and wine & cheese seminars.

You’ll definitely want to visit the: The Bite of the Valley Restaurant Pavilion, where you will find a vast selection of the Valley’s favorite restaurants that will be tantalizing your taste buds with appy-size offerings of their regular menu selections for only $1 to $4. While nibbling away you can talk to the chef and ask questions from the experts.
