New Orleans Wine & Food Experience 17th Annual Celebration:: May 20-24, 2008

I just heard back from a friend of mine who went to the N’awlins Jazz event who told me, “Boy, did you miss out! It was FANTASTIC!” He said there was such a level of excitement and energy in the French Quarter, that it almost felt like the good ol’ pre-Katrina days.

After all his enthusiasm, I decided it’s time to go and check out the scene myself so I will be heading out for the 17th annual New Orleans Wine & Food Experience, May 20-24, 2008.

More than 175 Wineries from around the world & 75 of New Orleans’ best restaurants will showcase their offerings at a Five-Day Feast for All of the Senses!

They still have tickets available for many of the following events

Premium Fine-Wine Dinner: Featuring Chef John Folse

Winery Dinners: Chefs & Winemakers are Perfectly Paired!

Vinola Tasting & Auction: Super-Premium Wine Tasting, With Once-in-a-Lifetime Experiences Up for Bid!
Royal Street Stroll Sponsored by ROUSES: The Most Unique Wine Tasting in the World!
Friday & Saturday:
Seminars: What’s Hot in Wine & Food!
Grand Tastings: Featuring the Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off, and a New Trade Show Component!

Plus you’ll be supporting a great cause. Check out last year’s results:
