One of the most green resorts in the world is south of Tulum, Mexico, on the Caribbean coast of Yucatan. Warm water, tropical breezes, caressing sun, sea turtles and more are all at Centro Ecológico Sian Ka’an (CESiaK), an ecologically responsible beach resort and retreat. How? By being off the grid with its own wind and sun power generators.
The other nine eco-resorts are on Dominca, Sri Lanka, Chile, British Columbia, Australia, Costa Rica, The Bahamas, Beliza and St. John.
