Sinfully Rich Chocolate Syrup: Viansa Winery, Sonoma

I’m blessed to live about 20 minutes from Viansa Winery in heralded Sonoma county. Located amid rolling hills reminiscent of Tuscany, this winery touts a huge Italian Marketplace that celebrates the marriage of fine wine and gourmet food.

One of my favorites here is the Dark Chocolate Dolcetti, a rich chocolate syrup blended with Cabernet Sauvignon. But the estate-grown olive oil is another of Viansa’s Cal-Ital foods made from the freshest local ingredientsand inspired by timeless Italian recipes.

I adore the Viansa Winery! After touring the many vineyards of Sonoma, Viansa was the only one that inspired me to join their fan base and receive monthly shipments of their wines and gourmet foods. The Sebastiani family really represents the Tuscan charm well. 🙂

I love Viansa, too. Especially because it’s close enough to visit for lunch!
    All the best,
